Here is where you can find the videos I have been telling you about. I will be updating & posting new videos as we go along. I hope that you will find some you like that will help motivate you to keep working towards being healthy. Encourage your friends & family to do them too, they're fun. Typically, I will follow the pattern below to provide you a range of exercises to work multiple muscle groups. You can also find these and more workouts under the want to improve your health tab. Monday 6/1/20
Ok, lots going on this week. Today is a special day because it is my 20 year anniversary of being a mom. It is also the final week of the school year and we are going to end it with a fun challenge, Bring Sally up challenge with multiple videos this week. We are of course starting up with my favorite squats!!!! I know you're excited. I hope you enjoy the videos and have a great week and a great summer!!!
Tuesday 6/2/20Now we will do your favorite, pushups. If you have to do them on knees that is fine but keep your back straight, challenge yourself I know you can do it. Then think of how proud you'll be.

I hope that you all had a great Memorial day. There is an article I would like you to read to help you to understand how important it is to get out of your chair and keep your body moving. This week starts with a short but intense workout. You can do it and imagine how proud you can feel when you're done. On Thursday you will need a coin for the second video. Then you finish the week with a pilates video that is great for building your core strength. We are almost done with the school year so let's keep up our good exercise habits. Also, if you didn't see last week I posted a funny video compilation that you can watch for a good laugh. It is right under this week's videos.

Wednesday 5/20/20Friday 5/15/20I hope that you had a good week. I hope you enjoyed yesterdays workouts with the just dance and the Disney. In our family we spent quite a bit of time doing just dance on our wii yesterday. Now use this video to stretch it all out and build some muscles.

I am still having technical difficulties but I was able to use someone else's computer to get a video posted. I am scheduled to get my computer fixed tomorrow so I hope that will end these troubles. I am posting 2 days one for today and one for tomorrow so that you won't miss out due to my computer problems.

I am having technical difficulties and can't get a video to post. If you go to the want to improve your health tab at the top of the page there is a drop down menu where you can click on exercise videos and there's some you can do there. They are organized in days of the week so you can pick a Monday workout but if there's some other video that peeks your interest you can do that as well. The important thing is that you do something to get that body moving and work those muscles. Have a great workout and day!

Here's some fortnite workouts!!! The last one has some pretty impossible moves but I think it'd be fun to see what you can do. Remember the important thing is to keep your body moving so just do the best you can to replicate what you see and keep that body moving and your heart rate up. Have fun!!

Hello Class,
Sorry I didn't post a video yesterday. I've been having computer issues. If that ever happens try to find a video on your own or go to a video we've done before or I also have more videos on the drop down menu where it says "exercise videos" under "want to improve your health." This is a short video so I recommend doing it two or more times you could pick one character one time then, the next time pick the other character. |

It is Friday and I hope you've had a good week so far. I know it can be hard staying motivated to work out but it is so important that we keep our bodies moving for our health. Especially in times like this when our immune systems need to be strong to fight off sickness and possible virus exposure. I think of you guys often and hope you're staying safe and all doing well. I have been inspired by the increased number of people I see around my area outside exercising (but still following social distancing guidelines). My family has gone on a few bike rides and my children are doing exercises every weekday as part of their homeschool schedule. I have increased my fitness level as well by exercising more frequently and increasing my running distance, it feels good to be getting myself back in shape but it is a hard process. Take care and remember you can invite your family to join you in these exercises they are good for everyone.

Tuesday 4/28/2020ARToday's video is a low intensity workout. Each exercise has low repetitions and has 25 second breaks inbetween each exercise. If you feel it is too easy then do some extra through your break. For example, I did the video and would only take a 10 second break so I would do an extra 15 seconds of exercise. It works to strengthen your abdominal muscles. The cardio video is only 8:00 and there are 20 second breaks between each exercise. The exercises are cardio-based so they should make you breathe hard. I did these videos and really enjoyed them and I went on a run afterwards so I would say they are challenging but not overly hard. Send me an email, let me know how your workouts are making you feel. Are they too easy? too hard? too short? Are you getting a full 5 days of exercises in?

Ok here we go another week has begun and the weather is warm so please make sure you are drinking water. I want everyone to feel good while they are working out so hydration is very important in that regard. It also helps you to perform your best. Hope you have a great workout!!

We are almost done with week 2 of workouts and I am proud of you guys for taking the steps necessary for keeping your body healthy. Themed Thursday videos are my favorite because I think they add a little bit of fun to the exercises. I hope you are enjoying it too. Remember drink lots of water, stay hydrated the weather's getting warmer so it's more important to remember. Hope you guys are well.

I've been hearing good things from some of you about how you are spending your time during this time of homeschool. Keep it up. I know sometimes you jut don't feel like it but it is a small investment of time that provides many benefits for you. This is a short one so either do it multiple times or go outside if you're parents say it's safe. I have been increasing my exercising and I am feeling better so I hope you are too. Ok so these are 3 short approximately 4:00 videos I recommend doing each one twice or doing each one once and then going on either a 10:00 run or 20:00 walk (if you are able to access a treadmill, or you're parents allow you to go outside.). May the Force be with you!
