Walk/Run Workouts
The following workouts are either walking or running and if you want a printable file they are directly below the image of the workout you are planning. I wish you luck, do your best! I have included a RPE chart which is a rate of perceived exertion it can be helpful so that you know how hard you are working. You may experience some muscle soreness or tiredness that is totally normal when starting a new workout problem just do what you can start small and build up. Remember you are starting a new habit and you may want to skip a day, DON'T keep going that's when you'll get stronger is when you do it even when you don't feel like it.
